Writing that dropping Peter Warrick for cap room as a slam against the Bengals is retarded. That guy was worthless. Outside of the more well known and obvious choices for draft busts in Bengals history, that guy was the top of the second tier for bust.

Sadly, the ‘gals insist they are going to build the team through the draft. Each year they lose more players through free agency than they can replace with their dismal drafting.

For the record, the David now posting to this site is not the same David that used to write for stripehype and got pissed at the Bengals and left (That specific David would be me). Just wanted to make sure it was clear I had not come back to write in representation of the Bengals.

Well said. Any draft should yield a team at least 5 quality players. We seem to be experts at getting only 2. And let’s not forget that we jettisoned proven players like Warrick, Spikes and Simmons to make room for our new crop of nobodies.

Lets hope that this year we got a few picks right.
