Well let me add my 2 cents:

Chris Perry is useless. Yes, he's come back and has some nice runs, some nice swing passes out of the backfield, but none of it is worth a damn if he simply fumbles the ball at key times. He can offset a 100 yard rushing and 40 yard receiving day simply by fumbling at the time when the other team can take the lead and melt the clock.

If I ever hear again how TJ and COC can train in the offseason and not attend the voluntaries, I'll throw up laughing. Look at how it took till the 5th game for those two and CP to get onto the same page with timing and routes.

ML couldn't manage a clock if his life depended on it (and his coaching life just might)

Brat couldn't call plays against Elder. He calls a few new plays (swing passes to Perry, and a flea flicker thingy) then he goes right back to run up the middle on 2 and 7. Our middle O-Line couldn't block anyway, and it's been proven. We all know the issue at Center, but even Bobbie Wililams (I know he's a nice guy and all) is getting beat consistently, and needed help to block someone.

I nominate Chris Perry, Marvin Lewis and Brat as goats of this game, and CP, ML Brat, COC and TJ as goats of the season.

At least it sounds like they were still in there punching. Which is something, I guess, since speculation has been rife that Lewis had lost the team, players had given up, etc. Thanks for the update. I'll drop in some thoughts once I have a chance to look over the reports and highlights.
