Lewis: Surgery Unlikely for Palmer

Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis said today that QB Carson Palmer will probably not require surgery on his injured elbow.
Palmer, who threw modestly for the first time last weekend, continues to slowly work out the ailing joint. He could still return for the team’s final two games, Lewis said.
