		<description>I like the tag and trade idea in principle but it rarely works out in reality. I&#039;m OK with tagging TJ. But really, they need to make up their minds. Are they moving on to a new generation of receivers (Simpson, Caldwell) or not? The Bengals&#039; indecisiveness kills them on a regular basis.</description>
