True, to everything you said... I'm just frustrated with the continuous poor player management...as you said, holding onto the guy for 1 year too long.

Yeah, in hindsight they definitely should have moved on these two sooner. But that's the Bengals: they always seem to hold on to a guy one year too long.

As to whether this is bad news, I dunno. To me the bottom line is that the o-line blew chunks last season, and the 3 main reasons for that were Ghiacuic, Levi and Stacy. Even if they end up being replaced by Santucci, Collins and Roland, I'm honestly not sure that isn't an improvement. Not a big one, perhaps, and not as big a one as we need, but getting rid of the suck has its own virtues.

so this is a bad news! Again, I ask... why do we not trade our guys when they have value and it is obvious that both sides need/want a change. Look at Levi and Chad both last year, or Housh during the season (Dallas anyone... we would have taken a lot less than a 1 and 3 for Housh and at least gotten something for him!). Think of the possibilities if we would have had an extra two 1sts for Chad and probably a mid round or better for Levi. Management of these situations is horrible!
