		<description>With the Bengals? I&#039;d never rule out an offensive skill position in the first. Mike Brown loves him some wideouts, back and QBs. But given the money involved and the earlier reports of Levi on he block, I think OT is close to a lock now.</description>

		<description>I agree that this signing virtually precludes taking B.J. Raji at #6, but wonder if this means OT is a sure thing.  With the much-rumored trade of Chad 85 still hanging, it might be premature to write off a speedy wideout as this year&#039;s first pick.</description>
