Vakapuna Signs; Chad a Twit

Seventh-round pick FB Fui Vakapuna has signed with the Cincinnati Bengals, bringing to five the number of rookies inked to date. All are sixth- and seventh-round selections. A half-dozen rookies, including first-rounder Andre Smith, remain unsigned.
