Cincinnati Bengals fans hoping for their first glimpse of Andre Smith in action will be disappointed today, as Smith is among the Bengals’ inactives. SS Roy Williams is also out yet again, as are Crash Dummy and Jerome Simpson..
On the Baltimore sideline, DT Haloti Ngata will not play.
Brian Leonard is back. Huge.
