Getting away from coaching changes and on to player movement they need to make...

(1) I can't believe I am saying this, but sign T.O.
(2) Cut Coats and have J.P. backup, draft the TE out of OK or sign a bigger name TE.
(3) Draft SPEED depth at the WR position - Cosby needs to be in the slot as he is similar to Wes Welker.

I am disappointed in the way the season turned out (kinda saw this with the way they played since the Raiders game), but if we keep Zimmer and make a few additions/subtractions on the roster/staff I think we will be back next year even stronger. It is up to Mike Brown though. God Helps Us....

In my eyes something is wrong with Carson Palmer. It might be the knee, elbow, but I think he is so mentally fucked it is not funny. They need to let Zampese go, they need someone to ride his ass to grow a pair and step up to his potential for a whole GAME and SEASON. Yes we are hurting in the WR department, but did you see the passes that he was throwing? Most of his missed passes were due to him...no question he has been like that for most if not all this season.

Gotta say that Mark Sanchez is a better QB than Palmer now. I think that some 2 maybe 3 changes need to be made on the offensive coaching staff.

(1) Brat - obvious, nothing else needs to be said

(2) Ken Zampese (sp) - he has been the qb coach since Palmer has been here. I think he has regressed and we need some new blood in to push him to his potential.

(3) Jeff Fitzgerald (WR)- he may need to go, but really have a lack of talent there.
