It appears the (future ex) Bengals QB Carson Palmer has found a buyer for his exquisite property in the Indian Hill area of Cincinnati. Channel 9′s Dennis Janson was unsure about how much Palmer accepted for the house, but had this to say:
There is nothing on the realtor’s website to suggest the price has been dramatically reduced from the original listing of $2.1 million which would indicate he was an overly motivated seller. The selling price will eventually be public record. But whatever the number, after just seven weeks on the market, a buyer has made an offer which Palmer has apparently accepted.
This may be the final nail in the coffin for Carson’s tenure as the Bengals signal caller. It’s been an interesting run to say the least with Carson at QB. The Bengals have made runs dominating the AFC North going 6-0 or seasons like last, going 4-12. Having drafted Palmer in 2003 with the 1st overall pick, a lot of fans had high hopes for Palmer. Being seriously injured only a few years into his career, it’s hard to really assess what could’ve been if he reached his full potential. But that’s really the theme of Carson’s career isn’t it. What could’ve been.
