Yesterday I showed you all the post from FSO’s Zac Jackson and his 5 most important Bengals . Here’s my take on it all, giving you my own list of the 5 most important Bengals. A huge bump of approval by Collinsworth. Definitely an interesting take from a Wide Receiver who caught passes from legendary Bengals QB Ken Anderson.   Bengals Free Agent Running Back Cedric Benson made a  few eye brow raising comments today to Sirius XM radio show “Late Hits with B-Mac”. One of the most intriguing comments was about the Carson Palmer situation. He flat out said that: “It wouldn’t be healthy for the team to bring him back.”. Following it up with saying: “To bring him back would be detrimental to the team. If he’s there & not happy he’s not gonna give us his best.”

Today’s “Breaking Down” will be about Bengals 5th round pick and forer WVU Mountaineer, Safety Robert Sands. Sands left West Virginia early following his Junior year. He was recruited to WVU playing Linebacker originally but was converted to Safety right away. That conversion to Safety proved to be a great choice considering he’s been a starter for them now for 3 years. This is a neutral breakdown of why Ken Anderson deserves to be in the Pro Football Hall of Fame.  I recommend this for young fans to learn about the legacy the Bengals had in the “Glory Days” of the 1980′s.
