AUTHOR: | IN: Bengals | COMMENTS: None Yet

When the Bengals square off with their division rival Cleveland Browns, they will do so with one of the NFL’s youngest offenses which features three rookie starters including QB Andy Dalton, RG Clint Boling, and WR A.J. Team captain Andrew Whitworthhad this to say of his teams’ youth: “It’s younger. It’s just a different mindset, different attitude. It brings some life to the locker [...]

AUTHOR: | IN: Bengals, Mike Brown., Player News | COMMENTS: None Yet

Last week, rumors floated that Carson Palmer and his agent had been seen at Paul Brown Stadium.  There are bound to be rumors about Palmer every day until he reports to the Bengals or files his retirement papers, but it sounds like he might not be ready to ride off into the sunset just yet. ProFootballTalk’s Mike Florio is reporting that the disgruntled signal caller has been working out with former NFL quarterback Ken O’Brien for the past three weeks. CB/S Rico Murray Takes Final Roster Spot on the 53-man team

AUTHOR: | IN: Roster Moves | COMMENTS: None Yet

When TE Mickey Shuler was claimed off waivers, the roster appeared to be set at the maximum 53 players per team. But, Shuler failed his physical and the deal never happened. This meant that the Bengals would be taking one more player on the roster before heading unto Sunday’s matchup at Cleveland. There was some speculation that the player could be another TE or an extra lineman, but the Bengals ended up going with the versatile local product, Rico Murray. Murray can play both safety and cornerback. Now, the Bengals have 11 secondary players (4 corners, 6 safteties, and Murray). [...]
