ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter is reporting that the Buffalo Bills have signed WR Stevie to a 5-year, $36.25 million deal that includes $19.5 million of guaranteed money. The team wasn’t going to use the franchise tag on Johnson, and it appeared for awhile negotiations weren’t going smoothly and the Pro-Bowl receiver may leave Buffalo. But now the Bills have their franchise receiver locked up.
