With Cap Set, how will it affect Bengals?

Now that the NFL salary cap is set at $120.6 million according to Jay Glazer, the Bengals will be around $60 million under the cap and have about $40-50 million to spend after setting aside the necessary money to sign all of their draft picks. With the franchise tag salary now set, Mike Nugent will be payed $2.6 million. Free agency open Tuesday at 4pm, and with plenty of quality free agents on the market, the Bengals have the opportunity to build on their unexpected playoff season and their young core of talented players, including QB Andy Dalton, WR A.J. Green, and TE Jermaine Gresham amongst others. A young, talented runningback like Michael Bush could be the missing piece to an offense waiting to become elite. For once, Cincinnati looks like an attractive destination for free agents, but someone has to be willing to open their checkbook for them to come here. I’m looking at you Mike Brown.
