105.7 The Fan in Baltimore is reporting that Ravens LB/DE Terrell Suggs will miss the entire 2012 season with a torn Achilles’ tendon. The Ravens had this to say on the matter:

We are in contact with Terrell. He will see a specialist early next week, and we’ll know more at that time.

Suggs has disputed that he’s out for the season and issued this statement to Aaron Wilson that he will return in the middle of the 2012 season:

Absolutely. Middle to end of October. Definitely beginning of December.

Last season, Suugs accounted for 70 tackles, 14 sacks, 7 forced fumbles, and 2 interceptions. In his 9-year career, Suggs has amassed 566 tackles, 82.5 sacks, and 27 forced fumbles.
