Jason La Canfora is reporting that newly signed Bengals OG Jacob Bell has decided to retire from the NFL. Bell has been a descent starting guard in the NFL the past 8 seasons, starting 100/109 career games with the Titans and Rams before signing with the Bengals this offseason. He was expected to challenge for a starting spot, but after the team drafted Kevin Zeitler, those chances went out the window.
