10. Matt Schaub: Schaub missed six games last season, but was playing well when he was in. The Texans have become a team powered by the run, but Schaub can still toss it when needed, and put up big numbers. The Texans made their first playoff trip in 2011 and with him back, could be ready for a return trip.
9. Tony Romo: People give Romo some flack for his 1-3 playoff record, but during the season, he’s very good. His 1.9% INT% last year was better than anybody on this list not named Rodgers. A Super Bowl ring would have people mentioning him with the all-time Cowboy greats.
8. Matt Ryan: Ryan is 43-19 as a starter during the regular season, and has made the playoffs in every year that he started every game. Last season, he topped 4,000 yards and had a career high passer rating. Just 26 years years old, Matty Ice will only get better.
