It was 45 years ago today that the city of Cincinnati was awarded an NFL Franchise. Under legendary coach and owner Paul Brown, the team was given the name of the Bengals. NFL FIlms is celebrating the Bengals’ birthday by showing a clip of their birth that was featured in the documentary, Full Color Football, as it recaps the birth of the West Coast Offense under Bill Walsh and Paul Brown.
