3. Matthew Stafford-Stafford was finally healthy last year and showed why he was the number one overall pick a few years ago. He broke the 5,000 yard mark last season and figures to be even more refined this year. Having Calvin Johnson to throw it to certainly helps his numbers. He could be a very early 2nd round pick, maybe even first.
4. Tom Brady-Brady just keeps chugging along. He went for another 5,200 yards and 39 TDs last year, and with plenty of weapons at his disposal, he figures to be great again this year. His ability to avoid mistakes is a huge asset, and if Brady is available early in the 2nd round, don’t be afraid to pick him up.
5. Cam Newton-Newton exploded on the NFL and fantasy scene in 2011, His passing numbers weren’t overwhelming, and 17 INTs negated some points, but his 14 rushing TDs more than made up for that. A second season could see him improve all of his already great numbers. He might not be asked to run so much, but his passing should improve. He could go in the mid-2nd round.
