6. Philip Rivers-Yes, Rivers had a down year in 2011. He threw an uncharacteristic number of interceptions-20 in all. However, he still threw for over 4,000 yards and 27 TDs. I can’t imagine him playing that poorly again and could easily put up numbers on par with the guys above. Rivers could be a steal in the early 3rd round.
7. Eli Manning-A season after a rough 25 INTS, Manning proved to be elite, throwing for nearly 5,000 yards and cutting back on the picks. He could get even better with a new-found confidence. Figure on getting him in the mid 3rd round.
8. Michael Vick-Vick is another guy who can not only throw the ball and get some points, but can run for points as well. He only had one rushing TD last year, but obviously, can raise that total. He is an injury risk, so that is a concern. He’ll probably be a 3rd round pick.
