Texans WR Andre Johnson suffered a minor groin injury and was taken out of practice as a precaution, according to Head Coach Gary Kubiak. Johnson later stated that he expects to miss a week of training camp with his “mild” groin strain.

Mark Sanchez has by all accounts outplayed Tim Tebow on the practice field through three days of Jets training camp.

Jets CB Darrelle Revis misses part of practice with a hamstring issue.

The Titans alternated between Matt Hasselbeck and Jake Locker throughout practice, and both got reps with the first and second teams. The battle for the opening day starter is expected to go down to the wire.

Rams center Scott Wells (knee scope) has not been medically cleared to practice in training camp.

WR Denarius Moore (hamstring) has been medically cleared to practice when the Raiders open training camp on Monday.

Doug Martin has been the most impressive running back at Buccaneers camp so far, and looks to be ahead of LeGarrette Blount.

Free agent WR Braylon Edwards worked out for the Dolphins and says he has a serious chance of being signed.
