Browns RB Trent Richardson is dealing with a sore knee and might not play in Cleveland’s preseason opener against Detroit.

 

The Steelers may consider signing free agent WR Plaxico Burress to compensate for the potential long-term holdout of Mike Wallace, but he too reportedly wants “too much money” and is pricing himself right out of the NFL.

 

ESPN’s Bob Holtzman also reported that Antonio Brown’s $42.5 million extension “did not sit very well” with Mike Wallace.

 

Perhaps the biggest disappointment of Steelers training camp has been the struggles of first-round pick David DeCastro, who has failed to beat out undrafted guard Ramon Foster for a starting spot along the Steelers’ offensive line.
