The Bengals suffered a very significant blow last night as they lost starting left guard Travelle Wharton to a serious knee injury.

Wharton signed a three-year deal this offseason worth $10 million after leaving the Carolina Panther where he was the starting guard for the past 8 seasons, though injuries limited him throughout his career, and it appears they’ve reared their ugly heads again.
