Chad Johnson was arrested on domestic violence charges Saturday night after he allegedly head-butted his wife during an argument over a box of condoms.

 

The Panthers agreed to terms with RB Jonathan Stewart on a five-year, $36.5 million extension.

 

WR Dez Bryant (hamstring) is questionable for the Cowboys’ preseason opener.

 

Jets safety Eric Smith is dealing with a left MCL injury, and is out for the rest of the preseason.

 

Packers MLB Desmond Bishop will undergo surgery to his injured right hamstring and likely miss the remainder of the season.
