First College Football AP Poll Released

With college football only two weeks away and the full return of football into our living rooms nearing closer and closer, the USC Trojans earned the top spot in the preseason college football poll for the seventh time and the first time in five seasons. They beat out the #2 Alabama Crimson Tide and #3 LSU Tigers for the top spot. The Trojans are the favorites to win the PAC-12 and make it to this year’s national title game in Miami Gardens, FL at Sun Life Stadium.

Its also the fifth straight year that the SEC has had two teams in the AP preseason top five

In the last 10 years, 10 teams in the preseason Top 10 finished the season unranked
