Cutdown day is finally here, and many NFL players as we speak are getting the news that they have been cut, they have been designated to their respective teams’ practice squad, or their NFL dreams are being realized as they’re making it onto the active 53-man roster and will be eligible to play on NFL Sundays. Here’s are final projections on how the Bengals 53-man roster will look like by day’s end:

Next two out to make room for their return: OT Dennis Roland & LB Vincent Rey (If Bengals wish to keep Sims, but he’s more likely to be let go)

Potential waiver wire move: Bengals trade LB Vincent Rey to Saints for RB Chris Ivory, then cut Brian Leonard and keep DE DeQuin Evans. The Saints are reportedly working the phones hard to find help at linebacker, and their biggest trade chip is 4th-string RB Chris Ivory, who has lit up the preseason in each of his three years in the NFL.
