The 1:00 games are all finished, and there were surprises, disappointments, blowouts and great games. Here are some quick highlights from today so far.

Chicago Bears 41 Indianapolis Colts 21: Andrew Luck’s first NFL game didn’t go as planned as he threw for over 300 yards, but was also intercepted three times. Jay Cutler shook off an early pick-six to play a great game. Brandon Marshall was as advertised, with over 100 yards and a TD. Matt Forte also had 120 total yards.

Philadelphia Eagles 17 Cleveland Browns 16: Michael Vick played poorly, tossing four INTs, but led a go ahead drive in the waning minutes with a game-winning pass to Clay Harbor. LeSean McCoy rushed for 110 yards. On the other side, Brandon Weeden had a rough first start, with a passer rating of 5.1.

Detroit Lions 27 St Louis Rams 23: The Lions overcame a tough day offensively to win the game on a TD pass from Matthew Stafford to Kevin Smith with ten seconds remaining. The revamped Rams secondary played well, but was unable to hold the lead. Calvin Johnson had 111 yards receiving.

New England Patriots 34 Tennessee Titans 13: Tom Brady picked up where he left off last season, with a TD pass to each of his two big tight ends. Stevan Ridley added 125 yards and a TD on the ground. For Tennessee, Jake Locker played pretty well, but Chris Johnson had just four yards on eleven carries.

Atlanta Falcons 40 Kansas City Chiefs 24: This game was close at halftime, but blown open by Matt Ryan and the Falcons defense in the second half. Ryan threw three TD passes, two of them to Julio Jones who looks to be in for a big year. Ryan also ran for a TD, Kansas City turned the ball over three times.
