With just an hour before kickoff, the Bengals announced their inactive players list:
#Bengals inactives: DE C. Dunlap, CB D. Kirkpatrick, CB J. Allen, RB B. Scott, TE R. Quinn, WR R. Whalen, TE D. Lee

The biggest surprise may have been the Bengals decision to go with TE Orson Charles active over the veteran Donald Lee. The fourth-round pick didn’t make a lot of noise in the preseason, but was rarely targeted ,and perhaps the team was keeping him under wraps as a secret weapon to use tonight.
CB Jason Allen was also a surprise scratch, as he apparently suffered a setback in practice after attempting to recover from a quad injury that cost him all of the preseason.
Starting DE Carlos Dunlap is out, and Robert Geathers, who was out for four weeks due to a knee injury, is expected to get the start in place of Dunlap but there is also a possibility it could be Jamaal Anderson, who had a very productive preseason.
Here are the Ravens inactives:
Ravens scratches: LaQuan Williams, Asa Jackson, Jah Reid, Billy Bajema, DeAngelo Tyson, Sergio Kindle and Bryan Hall.

Jah Reid is the most significant loss for the Ravens, as he was battling for a starting spot along the offensive line, and this will leave the Ravens very thin along the line if anyone goes down with an injury tonight.
Former Bengals right guard Bobbie Williams is expected to start for Ravens at left guard tonight with Jah Reid out.
