Titans Head Coach Mike Munchak announced Monday that Matt Hasselbeck will be the starting QB in Week 7 against the Bills after leading his team to an improbable upset victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers.

 

After being torched the past two weeks in coverage, the Texans revealed Monday that CB Johnathan Joseph is day-to-day with a groin injury, but is fully expected to play in Week 7.

 

The Browns believe OLB Scott Fujita suffered a serious neck injury in Week 5 against the Giants, and it may end the career of the 11-year veteran.

 

The Bills are bringing back OLB Shawne Merriman, whom they cut earlier this year.

 

The Cowboys confirmed Monday that RB that DeMarco Murray has ligament damage in his foot, and will likely miss this week’s game vs. the Carolina Panthers.

 

Yesterday, the Ravens announced MLB Ray Lewis has a complete triceps tear and is out for the season. He suffered the tear during the fourth-quarter of the teams’ 31-29 victory over the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday. The team also confirmed that CB Lardarius Webb tore his left ACL in their win over the Cowboys, and he too is done for the year.

 

The Detroit Lions still don’t know if RB Jahvid Best can play this year as recovers from multiple concussions suffered the past two seasons.
