Steelers Injury Report

NAME POSITION INJURY WED. THU. FRI. GAME STATUS
Carter, Chris LB Hamstring DNP DNP - -
Gilbert, Marcus T Ankle DNP DNP - -
Johnson, Brandon LB Hamstring LP FP - -
Mendenhall, Rashard RB Achilles DNP DNP - -

Redman, Isaac RB Ankle DNP DNP - -
Timmons, Lawrence LB Foot DNP FP - -

RBs Rashard Mendenhall and Isaac Redman did not practice today and have been ruled out for Sunday’s matchup. Jonathan Dwyer will start with Baron Batch getting backup carries.

Maurkice Pouncey has practiced lightly the past two days, a sign the Steelers intend for him to play. Otherwise, the team would have given the maximum number of reps to backup Doug Legursky to prepare him to face a Bengals defense leading the AFC in sacks with 20.
