With starting center Jeff Faine still being plagued from a hamstring injury he suffered during the teams’ 24-17 loss to the Steelers 10 days ago, his return to practice today was certainly site for sore eyes. With the Denver Broncos coming to town sporting one of the NFL’s top defenses according to football Outsiders, the last thing the Bengals need is Trevor Robinson, a rookie guard/center out of Notre Dame, to be thrown into the fire.

The news wasn’t as good for rookie receiver Marvin Jones, as he missed practice as he recovers from a knee injury and Head Coach Marvin Lewis said that Jones’ chances to play this weekend are slim.

Dontay Moch continues to miss practice with an undisclosed illness. Don’t expect to see him suit up Sunday.
