The one Bengals player who came into 2012 with the highest of expectations of not only anyone on the Bengals team, but arguably in the entire NFL was none other than WR A.J. Green. He currently is tied for the NFL-lead in receiving TDs with eight, and is third in the AFC in receiving yards with 735, and is also PFF’s 4th-rated receiver(+15.8)

After Green burned Pro Bowl CB Champ Bailey for a 10-yard score on Sunday against the Broncos, it marked his seventh-straight game with a touchdown, and is now a game shy of tying T.J Houshmandzadeh’s season record of eight straight games with a touchdown catch and three away from Carl Pickens’s club record of 10 straight over two seasons.

So if you haven’t already done your civic/NFL duty and voted for this year’s pro bowl participants, go ahead and do so.
