Now we look forward to the rest of the season, which looks a lot easier than it once did. The Chargers are up next, and it has been proving that they can lose even if they go up by 24 (to be fair, they did play Peyton Manning there). Then come the inconsistent Cowboys, followed by the extremely underachieving Philadelphia Eagles.

After the Eagles, it gets a little tougher, with a road game against the Steelers and a home game against the Ravens who clobbered us in the season opener. Last two sound tough? Not so much. The Steelers aren’t sure about QB Ben Roethlisberger with that weird rib injury.

The Ravens could have the division locked up by Week 17, so they might rest their starters. This past three weeks just proves that anything can happen in the NFL. Before the Giants, all hope seemed lost, but now it seems that the Bengals can finally put together consecutive playoff seasons.
