Despite being benched for third-stringer Greg McElroy after throwing three interceptions against the Arizona Cardinals last Sunday, Jets QB Mark Sachez will reportedly get the start against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday.

The hits keep coming for the once vaunted Bears defense. After watching rookie QB Russell Wilson drive the Seahawks to essentially two game-winning drives on Sunday, Chicago fell out of first-place in the NFC North, and now will be without MLB Brian Urlacher, who is expected to miss the next three games with a Grade 2 hamstring strain.

Ravens OLB Terrell Suggs still doesn’t know if he’ll be able to play again this season after he suffered a torn biceps muscle in Sunday’s loss to the Steelers.

The Dolphins have placed OT Jake Long (triceps) on the injured reserve, ending his season, but the team intends to try and re-sign him this offseason as he’ll be a free agent

Packers starting RB James Starks suffered a potentially season-ending knee injury in Sunday’s win over the Vikings. This comes just a week after the team learned that Cedric Benson will be unable to return this year from his foot injury.

The Patriots have placed WR Julian Edelman on injured reserve with a broken foot.
