The Titans are keeping head coach Mike Munchak for the 2013 season, but will part ways with senior executive vice president Mike Reinfeldt.

The Philadelphia Eagles will interview Falcons OC Dirk Koetter, DC Mike Nolan, and special teams coordinator Keith Armstrong to potentially replace Andy Reid.

The Chicago Bears received permission to interview Bucs OC Mike Sullivan after they surprisingly fired Lovie Smith today.

UPDATE

The Arizona Cardinals have fired head coach Ken Whisenhunt, who is the seventh head coach to be fired on Black Monday. The team also parted ways with GM Rod Graves.  it’s been a rocky three seasons since leading Arizona to the Super Bowl, and after starting the 2012 season 4-1, they lost 11 of their last 12 games to finish 5-11.

The NFL Network is also reporting Smith has indeed been fired.

Carolina Panthers Head Coach Ron Rivera is expected to remain with the team for now, but could be let go once a new GM is hired.

The Kansas City Chiefs are firing head coach Romeo Crennel but not firing General Manager Scott Pioli today. The Chiefs earned the first overall pick in the 2013 NFL draft with this year’s 2-14 record, so Crennel’s firing is no surprise.

FOX Sports’ Jay Glazer is reporting the Cleveland Browns have fired head coach Pat Shurmur. Shurmur fell to 9-23 in two seasons with the Browns after Sunday’s loss at Pittsburgh. GM Tom Heckert will also be let go as new owner Jimmy Haslam and new president Joe Banner look to build their own team from the ground up.

Jets Owner Woody Johnson has stated that Head Coach Rex Ryan will be retained and GM Mike Tannenbaum is out.

Andy Reid is out after 14 years as the head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles. Reid leaves Philly as the winningest coach in Eagles franchise history. Since Reid’s hiring in 1999, the Eagles have 130 regular-season wins, the NFL’s sixth-most total in that time frame. Philly also has 10 postseason wins since then, the third-most.

The Jacksonville Jaguars have fired GM Gene Smith.

Arizona Cardinals Head Coach Ken Whisenhunt and GM Rod Graves will reportedly meet with president Michael Bidwell this morning to discuss the future of their jobs.
