NFL Free Agency: Colts part ways with Dwight Freeney

Here were Freeny’s comments on having to play next year somewhere other than Indianapolis:

Expect to see Freeney sign with a team fairly quickly once free agency officially starts on Marc 12th.

 

The Colts also released receiver Austin Collie, who has bee in Indy the last four seasons while catching 173 passes for 1,845 yards and 17 touchdowns. Collie missed most of the 2012 season after he ruptured the patella tendon in his right knee in September.
