The Philadelphia Eagles have signed safety Kenny Phillips and cornerback Cary Williams.
Quarterback Chase Daniel has agreed to a three-year, $10 million contract with the Kansas City Chiefs.
Free agent cornerback Sean Smith and the Kansas City Chiefs have agreed to a three-year deal. Widely regarded as one of the top free agent defensive backs of the 2012 offseason, Smith had two interceptions, three forced fumbles, and 12 passes defended last year.
Ed Reed is now visiting with the Houston Texans, and the interest between both sides is mutual:
