With the Cincinnati Bengals still not re-signing kick/punt returner Brandon Tate, the only returner on the roster is Adam Jones, who has only played in double-digit games once in his past four NFL seasons. Needless to say, they’ll need another decent return man on the roster when the 2013 season opens, and they may be looking at one of the most polarizing prospects of this year’s draft class
