NFL is legitimately looking at moving the @nfl draft. Date I hear as likely target is May 15. Everything else would probably stay same

There’s been rumblings and whispers of this being in the works for awhile now, but it became a national story when NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell made an appearance on the Rich Eisen Podcast and said the NFL may be forced to move the 2014 NFL Draft date to May because of a potential scheduling conflict with Radio City Music Hall that appear to be on the horizon.
The NFL has held the draft at Radio City Music Hall since 2006, but an Easter event could make the venue unavailable during the last weekend of April. After watching the NFL force the Baltimore Ravens to play their season-opener on the road this year, despite the tradition of having Super Bowl Champions host the first game of the ensuing season, it’s clear the NFL is willing to adjust it’s schedule to help satisfy other’s interests.
