Jim Lippincott, formerly the director of football operations for the Cincinnati Bengals, was honored after today’s practice for his 20 years of service to the franchise:

If you recall in 2011, Lippincott announced that he was retiring from the NFL team to return to Archbishop Moeller (Cincinnati, Ohio) as the defensive coordinator, a position he acrtually held 30 years ago. Current owner Mike Brown had this to say about Jim’s services after he announced his retirement:
Jim has been a valued member of our front office for some 20 years, working as both a scout and as an administrator,” Bengals president Mike Brown (pictured) said. “His work at Moeller is where his heart takes him now, but I thank him for all he has done here over the years and wish him only the very best.
