Officials said he was arrested for not appearing at his court hearing on a charge from last October when he was cited for careless driving, driving without a license and no proof of insurance. The arrest warrant was issued in January. There’s no word why he was not arrested sooner. Miller was booked and released on Sunday.
This is terrible timing for Miller, who is scheduled to meet with NFL officials tomorrow to formally appeal the 4-game suspension for allegedly violating the NFL’s substance abuse policy.
