As far as other injuries went, rookie offensive lineman Tanner Hawkinson was seen walking pretty well on sidelines with no protective boot as he continues to recover from a s serious ankle sprain.

George Iloka still looks like he has a marginal lead for the starting strong safety spot, but was held out of practice today with an undisclosed injury. Rookie Shawn Williams and the fourth-year Taylor Mays were getting all of the safety snaps, and who knows if it helped them gain ground on Iloka, who started the Falcons game at SS, but it’s unclear as to who will start Saturday vs. the Titans.
