According Geoff Hobson of Bengals.com, The Cincinnati Bengals appear to have three spots on their practice squad set, and are planning on keeping one open until Tuesday for a practice squad quarterback competition:
The Eagles announced they plucked Prater, a 2012 fifth-round pick, off waivers and published reports said the Bengals have signed Hamilton to the $6,000 per week practice squad.
It’s also believed the Bengals have reached practice squad deals with their two other draft picks that got cut, seventh-rounders Reid Fragel, a tackle from Oho State, and T.J. Johnson, a center-guard from South Carolina. The thinking is they’ll keep one of the eight slots open for a quarterback competition in Tuesday’s workout.
And from Joe Reedy:

So for now, it appears the Bengals practice squad is set with these seven players.
