29. Jacksonville Jaguars: Chad Henne, Maurice Jones-Drew, and Cecil Shorts aren’t exactly household names, and new ownership and new uniforms aren’t going to be enough for the 2-14 Jaguars this season. They very well could give the Texans and Colts fits when they play them, but they will be more of a nuisance than anything. MVP: Maurice Jones-Drew.
30. Buffalo Bills: Rookie QB E.J. Manuel has been named the starter for the Bills and if he can lead them, they could definitely be interesting with C.J. Spiller in the backfield. Not a bad combination, but another team that is building for the future. MVP: C.J. Spiller
31. New York Jets: The Jets are falling very quickly, going from the AFC Championship game in 2010 to complete bedlam from the head coaching position to the circus at quarterback. Rookie quarterback Geno Smith is going to have high expectations and with a sharp learning curve might be also building for the future. MVP: Nick Mangold
32. Oakland Raiders: Between the baseball diamond field, Terrelle Pryor as the starting quarterback, and seemingly wasted money on Matt Flynn, the Raiders are somehow taking steps back from what was an 8-8 season and barely missing the playoffs in 2011. MVP: Sebastian Janikowski
