With the Cincinnati Bengals and Pittsburgh Steelers playing Monday night, a lot of people’s fantasy lineups may already be set up. However, let’s take a deeper look into who you may be tempted into starting and sitting because of this game. There may be some surprises, fantasy stats wise, but here’s a deeper look into helping you pick out your lineup.

A.J. Green is pretty much a guaranteed start every game, but some people may be weary of starting him because of the Steelers defense. That should not be the case. In three games that AJ Green played fully against the Steelers, he has over 200 yards and two touchdowns, so this is a pretty favorable matchup. While Andy Dalton may not be someone you start this week, he is obviously going to look to Green a lot and will get his numbers. Green should be starting this week, as he has some success against the Steelers.

The Bengals defense is arguably the start of the week to many people. With Maurkice Pouncey out, the Steelers struggled offensively against the Tennessee Titans and could be even worse in the trenches this week. The Bengals defense is expected to sack the quarterback and possibly make turnovers as the Steelers offense looked abysmal last week. Not only that, but it’s the AFC North, so there is always going to be hard-hitting, black and blue football.
