The Cleveland Browns will be getting back their No. 1 receiving threat this week in the form of second-year receiver Josh Gordan, and he’s back just in the nick of time. With the Browns’ season already spiraling out of control as the team sits at 0-2 and facing a must-win game vs the Minnesota Vikings this week, they’ll need all-hands-on-deck for this crucial matchup of 0-2 squads.
In order to make room for Gordan, who returns from a two-game suspension for violating the league’s substance abuse policy, the Browns have cut WR Tori Gurley:
#Browns make room for WR Josh Gordon (coming off suspension) by waiving WR Tori Gurley. Gordon will be on active roster tomorrow.

Gurley has played with seven NFL teams since entering the league in 2011. He previously had stints on practice squads with the Packers, Vikings, Raiders, Buccaneers and Chargers. He was also with Baltimore earlier this offseason.
