2. At running back, Eddie Lacy may be cleared this week from his concussion, yet James Starks is going to start. Is this the right move, and talk about how both backs have performed thus far?
Lacy has still yet to practice after suffering the concussion, so I would be surprised if he played on Sunday. It’s still too early in the season to make any determinations about Lacy’s performance. With the team’s bye next week, the Packers may want to rest him on Sunday and have him ready to go when the team returns in week five.
Starks had a great game last week and really stepped up in Lacy’s absence. Starks possesses a lot of talent. His main issue in his young career though has been staying healthy. Starks runs hard and should fill in well in the backfield until Lacy is 100 percent.
