3. Talk about the receivers. Most would agree Jordy Nelson, Randall Cobb and James Jones make-up one of, if not the best receiver-trio in the NFL. Talk about what each brings to the table.
The Packers have a great receiver trio. They each bring something unique to the position. Nelson has a big frame (6-3, 217) and is the team’s big-play threat. He can make plays down the field and use his length to make catches over smaller defensive backs.
Cobb is dynamic and plays well out of the slot. He can make defenders miss in the open field and is moved all over the offense to utilize his play-making ability. Jones is the muscle of the group. He makes the tough catches in coverage, and as he showed last week against Washington, he can break tackles and gain yards after the catch.
