After signing one former Bengal to their active roster, the Arizona Cardinals have signed another former Bengal to their practice squad in the form of undrafted rookie linebacker Bruce Taylor:

As a senior, Taylor started in 12 games and racked up 76 tackles (10.5 for loss) and 5.5 sacks. He was named a honorable mention to the Coaches All-ACC team for the second consecutive year.

Taylor enjoyed a fine career at Tech, but he never lived up to expectations after a breakout 2010 campaign in which he posted 91 tackles, including 15.5 tackles for loss and six sacks. His junior year was plagued by a Lisfranc injury robbed him of the final four games and he never realized his full potential.

A year on the Cardinals practice squad could help him develop into a fine NFL player. He showed brief flashes with the Bengals.
