LB/S Taylor Mays
The team has finally found a role for the all-potential safety. In the snaps I have seen where he is playing nickel LB/3rd safety, Mays is holding his own. Playing closer to the line has helped cover Mays’ weaknesses while showcasing his strengths. He has a tough matchup this week with TE Jordan Cameron who has more yards and touchdowns then Gresham and Eifert combined with 269 yards and 4TDs.
But Mays is the perfect hybrid player to help contain the Cleveland passing game.
